Hive Bowl collection

Bees can spend up to five months creating intricate hives; I was inspired by how each comb connects, resulting in a larger structure, which is how I came to create the luxury Hive Collection; an art deco take on the beehive. Functional art, the Hive Collection emerges from green, unseasoned timber and once each bowl has been turned, I allow them to dry naturally, each taking on a unique shape. The result is a bespoke bowl that when held, feels sturdy like the sustainable log from which it originated. Once they’ve been sanded (and some ebonized), providing a versatile bowl that has been treated for everyday dining use or as a focal interior design piece in your home.
