All orders to the continental USA are shipped via either USPS or UPS depending on size and location.
All orders over $150 usd receive free ground shipping. Orders from $1-$60 pay a flat rate of $7. Orders from $61-149 pay a flat rate of $12
If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Offer for Free Shipping in the USA does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA. Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of USA.
For shipping outside the continental USA, please contact us via email at Scott@alexanderdesigns.us for quote prior to ordering. We will send you an invoice with a total amount.
If for whatever reason you are not thrilled with your order we are happy to accept returns. My goal is simply to put the right piece in my customers homes. All returns must be requested within 30 business days and items must be in original unused condition. Please email us at Scott@alexanderdesigns.us to request a return. Once approved I'll send a return label at no cost to you.
We only use non-toxic completely food safe finishes on our products. Simple care instructions are included with your purchase.
Please indicate in the notes section of the checkout if this is a gift and any note you may like to include. We are happy to write a card with your note for inclusion.

Why does it appear my bowls are not round: Unlike most bowls made today, my bowls are all turned from green timber (still very wet) to finished thickness.As they dry they take on an organic shape, unique to themselves and the trees they were sculpted from. They are sanded to perfection then receive a non-toxic food safe oil and wax finish.
