Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.  

Shipping Policies

All orders over $150 usd receive free ground shipping. Orders from $1-$60 pay a flat rate of $7. Orders from $61-149 pay a flat rate of $12

If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Offer for Free Shipping in the USA does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA.  Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of USA. 

Refund/Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not thrilled with your order we are happy to accept returns. Our goal is simply to put the right piece in my customers homes.  All returns must be requested within 30 business days and items must be in original unused condition. Please email us at Scott@alexanderdesigns.us to request a return. Once approved I'll send a return label at no cost to you.
